None of the day tours we offer are extremely strenuous however, a basic level of physical fitness is required to fully benefit from these experiences.

Comfortable footwear, raingear, warm sweater, and your interest. (Binoculars and camera are recommended). Please pay your Guide prior to your tour.

TOW HILL / NORTH BEACH - spend the day visiting the areas within Naikoon Provincial Park. Hunt for Agates at the Agate Beach Campground, Hike to the lookouts atop the dormant volcano of Tow Hill, stroll leisurely along the Hiellen River to the "Blowhole", or walk for kilometres along the vast sandy expanses of North Beach. Late afternoon snack provided at the Moon Over Naikoon Bakery and Beach Museum.

GREATER MASSETT - visit the Delkatla Wildlife Sanctuary, Masset Cemetary and Dixon Entrance Maritime Museum in Masset before meeting with Haida artisans in Old Massett to discuss Haida Art and Culture. Afternoon coffee provided at a unique Old Massett business.
PORT CLEMENTS / YAKOUN RIVER - visit the small community of Port Clements at the base of Masset Inlet. Once a thriving forestry community, visitors will explore the settlement initiators of the area and visit some local areas of significance. Stops may include the Port Clements Museum, Yakoun River, Shoreline Walk and Observatory, Haida Canoe and Golden Spruce Trail. Afternoon coffee and snacks provided at a historic Port Clements business.
